We care for wounds gently and respectfully under the direction of our dedicated wound management team. With this experienced team, we are able to heal some of the most complex wounds.
Complex Wound Care
Redwood Grove Post Acute provides residents with a dedicated wound care team which includes our Wound MD and dedicated treatment nurses available 7 days a week. Our specialized team will personally assess and implement customized treatment plans for each resident. Our goal is to heal chronic, non-healing wounds so residents can get back to a higher level of function and independence.
- Diabetic and pressure ulcers
- Surgical wounds
- Traumatic wounds
- Persistent skin irritations
- Venous insufficiency
- Neuropathic ulcers
- Vasculitis and other inflammatory ulcers
