Welcome to Redwood Grove Post Acute. Our new facility is located in Santa Cruz, CA, and offers our community skilled nursing services including medication management, IV therapy, wound care, and much more. Our rehabilitation program includes physical, occupational, and speech therapy in our in-house gym. Come and experience a short-term rehabilitation stay in one of our private rooms. We want our residents to stay as active and social as they can be during their stay with us. We know having a social and active lifestyle leads to overall well-being. Residents will receive a calendar to keep them informed of activities.

Here at Redwood Grove Post Acute, our goal is to improve the quality of life for our seniors. Our gardening program brings the garden indoors. Our seniors are provided a sensory experience that promotes peace and healing as they plant colorful and fragrant plants and herbs. Residents are provided gardening education sessions to learn how to plant and care for their garden.
